What's included in your DJ packages?
Every package includes a professional DJ/MC, premium sound system, wireless microphones, dance floor lighting, and a personalized consultation to plan your music. We bring everything needed, you just bring the guests.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, especially for peak season (April through October). Corporate events and private parties can often be booked 2-4 months out. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.
Do you MC and coordinate the event flow?
Absolutely. We don't just play music, we guide the entire flow of your event. From introductions and toasts to cake cutting and bouquet toss, we keep everything running smoothly and on schedule while keeping the energy right.
What areas do you serve?
Ray is based in Ranson, WV and serves Jefferson County and Berkeley County across the Eastern Panhandle, including Charles Town, Martinsburg, Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown, plus the Shenandoah Valley, Northern Virginia (Loudoun County, Leesburg, Winchester), Frederick, the Baltimore metro area, and Washington DC. Travel within that area is included in every package, and he's happy to go further for your event.
Can we customize the playlist?
100%. We work with you to build a custom playlist that fits your taste and vibe. You can request songs, share a must-play list, and flag any do-not-play tracks. During the event, we read the room and adjust in real time to keep the energy flowing.
What is the Video DJ experience?
Our Video DJ setup includes HD monitors or projectors that display music videos synced to the music, custom graphics, photo slideshows, and live visuals. It transforms your venue into a full multimedia experience that guests won't forget.
Do you DJ in Spanish?
Yes. Ray is fully bilingual and can MC your event in English, Spanish, or both, so a bilingual wedding or quinceañera flows naturally for every guest. He plays Latin and international music alongside everything else and builds the playlist around what your crowd wants to hear.
Do you DJ weddings in Jefferson County and the Eastern Panhandle?
That's home base. Ray lives in Ranson and DJs weddings and events throughout Jefferson County and Berkeley County, including Charles Town, Martinsburg, Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown, and travel there is included in every package. He also regularly works venues in Loudoun County, Winchester, Frederick, DC and Baltimore.
